Ming She is a Legendary Electric/Light dragon in Phantoms category. It was introduced in the v.1.0.36 update.

It is said that whenever a human is about to encounter a Ming She, they will hear the sound of a rock hitting the floor. Immediately after this, they will see a violent thunderstorm appear out of nowhere and the Ming She in question flapping its withered wings as it quickly disappears into the clouds of the tempest. In peaceful times, however, Ming Shes are barely heard from. Therefore, no one knows where this Dragon lives.

Skill Level Buff
Levels up all Skills by 1.

Tier 4

Team Staff Buff
Increases everyone’s Effect Hit by 10% at the beginning of the battle.

Tier 5

Skill Enhancement
Shortens Outcry’s cooldown time by 1 turn.
