Mobula is an Uncommon Water/Electric dragon in Phantoms category. It was in the game since the beginning.

Mobula is a friendly amphibious Dragon that lives near the beach. Fish and shrimp form its daily diet. Mobula's body is packed with electrified organs accompanied by hexagonal cylinders on its back. These cylinders, along with its tail, are like positive and negative electrodes. Mobula has eyes, but primarily relies on electrical impulses in the environment when hunting. It prefers dark environments around coral reefs, and is often seen leaving the water to catch insects or to breathe during the night. Mobula's large wings help it move at high speeds underwater and in the air.
