Raiju is a Dragon who likes to chase lightning. Its delicate wings can make it fly surprisingly fast, giving it the ability to chase lightning with ease. There are some electricity crystals on its back and head, used to store and release electricity. If you don't want to be paralyzed by its electricity, just stay away from it.
